Using this website

These terms govern use of the VoiceAxis AI website, demo pages, downloadable materials, and early-access requests. A paid deployment is governed by a separate order form, master services agreement, data processing agreement, and security exhibit where applicable.

Website content

Website content is provided for product evaluation and general information. Screens, metrics, screenshots, workflows, and examples may be illustrative, anonymized, or based on demo environments unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.

We may update website content, product names, launch dates, features, pricing, and integrations at any time.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the website or demo flows to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malware, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data, protected health information, payment card data, or confidential business records through website forms unless we have agreed to a secure intake process.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, company authority, or right to evaluate the product.

AI outputs and human review

VoiceAxis AI is designed to capture and structure phone-call outcomes for human review. Customers remain responsible for deciding when outputs can update downstream systems and for configuring escalation, consent, retention, and review rules.

AI-generated transcripts, summaries, classifications, and extracted fields may contain errors and should be reviewed before operational or legal reliance.

Intellectual property

VoiceAxis AI, the website, product designs, code, visual assets, workflows, and documentation are owned by VoiceAxis AI or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse them except as permitted by law or a written agreement.

Third-party services

The website and product may reference third-party infrastructure, telephony, AI, analytics, messaging, scheduling, or integration services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceAxis AI disclaims warranties for the website and demo materials.

VoiceAxis AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use.
