What pricing includes

You are buying a working phone operation, not a chatbot seat.

Pilot setup

Agent script, language configuration, catalog or intake import, and phone routing setup.

Human control

Every captured order, booking, lead, or support request can be reviewed before downstream push.

Usage clarity

Plans are based on phone numbers, call volume, languages, and operational integrations.

Operations team reviewing captured phone-call outcomes

Approval queue

Plans include the human review workflow your team uses before ERP, CRM, or EHR push.

Plan fit

Pick the plan by workflow,
not by company size.

The right plan depends on how many phone lines, languages, review queues, and integrations the operation needs on day one.

Pilot

One workflow, one phone number, one agent, and a managed launch to prove call capture quality.

Growth

Multiple territories, locations, languages, and an ops team that needs live monitoring.

Enterprise

Large regulated deployments with custom integrations, SLA needs, account ownership, and security review.

Usage bands

Phone AI pricing needs
minutes and concurrency.

These bands make evaluation easier. Final minute commitments, overages, languages, and provider pass-throughs are confirmed in the order form before go-live.

ROI framing

Buyers usually justify this
on recovered operations.

The purchase case is rarely abstract AI efficiency. It is usually recovered orders, booked appointments, or lower review load on a team that already handles calls manually.

Distributor ordering desk

1 captured route is enough to justify the pilot

For FMCG teams, one recovered distributor order route can cover the monthly pilot fee faster than another telesales hiring cycle.

Clinic front desk overflow

One missed patient slot costs more than the queue

For healthcare teams, the ROI usually comes from fewer missed calls, more booked appointments, and less front-desk time spent on repeat intake.

FAQ

How long does it take to go live?

A controlled pilot can be configured in 24-72 hours once the phone flow, catalog or intake form, routing rules, and escalation contacts are available. Complex integrations may take longer.

What if the AI gets an order or booking wrong?

Every AI capture goes through a human approval queue before it moves to your ERP or EHR. Nothing automated without your sign-off.

Which languages are supported?

Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and English. Language is set per-company and takes effect immediately.

Do my callers need to change their behaviour?

No. They call the same number they always have. The AI answers instead of your telesales team. Callers don't know it's AI unless they ask.

Is my data secure?

Production deployments can be configured for Azure India data residency, role-based access, audit trails, and human approval before downstream push. Customer call data is not used to train third-party foundation models unless agreed in writing. Healthcare and financial workflows require a security and legal review before go-live.

Do you offer a free trial?

No. Vaani OS is sold as a managed deployment because call-flow design, telephony setup, language tuning, and review workflow configuration are part of the product. We recommend starting with a paid pilot.

Are call minutes included?

Yes. Pilot includes 1,000 India minutes or 1,500 US minutes. Growth includes 6,000 India minutes or 7,500 US minutes. Enterprise plans use committed monthly usage bands with contracted overage rates.

Not sure which plan fits?

Book a 30-min call. We'll tell you honestly.
